But if you’re unable to find the right answer please submit a request (using the link at the top of the page) with as much info as possible, including:

  • what the problem is
  • the speed of your internet (to do this click here, pop in username: speedtest and password: letmein and make a note of the speed)
  • what movie or TV show you were watching
  • your Gamertag – if you’re using the Xbox App

Then hit ‘Submit a request’ and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
